Does the courier deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

No, the courier only delivers from Monday to Friday.

How I can be sure that the product is intact at the time of delivery?

 Check the product straightaway when you get the delivery and point out any possible damage writing it on the waybilll before  sending back the parcel via the same courier. Or you can keep the package received, without opening it, with the clause "I accept with reserve", in order to contest the non-integrity of the product at a later time.

What happens if I'm not home when the parcel is delivered?

The courier will try to deliver your parcelfor two consecutive days leaving a card with a contact number. After two failed  delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

Can I choose the time of delivery?

As it is not possible to indicate the time of delivery and the courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday only, we recommend that you choose a delivery address at which you are available during week days at working hours.
